Job Summary
Gather and organize necessary information for client benefits renewals, coordinating with clients, insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure all renewal documents and data are collected on time. Review and analyze client benefit plan documents, update records, and track renewal timelines to communicate deadlines effectively. Maintain accurate records of communications, resolve discrepancies by researching solutions, and prepare Broker of Record Letters and Cobra enrollment documentation. Deliver renewal reports and updates to clients while ensuring compliance with industry trends and regulations. Manage the collection of plan data to ensure 5,500 forms are delivered and filed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Proven experience in benefits administration, client services, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and benefits management software
- Life, Accident, and Health brokerage license
