Job Summary
Drive new business development through networking, prospecting, and consultative sales presentations; manage the full client lifecycle including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing relationships; lead client meetings such as renewals, claims reviews, benchmarking, and open enrollment sessions; provide strategic guidance on benefit plans, market trends, compliance, and cost management; build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams; serve as primary contact for client needs with timely issue resolution; collaborate with internal support teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction; identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding client relationships; stay informed on industry trends, emerging solutions, and market developments; support employee education through presentations, communications, and enrollment meetings; manage timelines and deliverables for successful client initiatives; maintain professionalism and leverage networking to support business development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or employee benefits
- Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
