Job Summary
Benefits Consultant to develop and execute the overall benefits strategy for the assigned sales region, negotiate final rates, manage the benefits program with carriers and internal teams, present benefits options to stakeholders, oversee benefit implementation and compliance, and maintain expertise in medical benefit designs, ancillary benefits, and regulatory requirements. Requires in-office presence at Chandler, AZ or Duluth, GA with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and experience with underwriting rules and pricing models.
Required Qualifications
- Active Broker's Group Life & Health license required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred
- 3-5 years of insurance experience preferred
