Job Summary

Administer the firm's health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary plans, while serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollments, and claims. Lead annual open enrollment activities, including system setup, testing, communications, and data validation, acting as a liaison between employees, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues. Support the annual compensation planning and merit review process by administering salary changes, promotions, and market adjustments, while maintaining compensation structures and HRIS configurations. Prepare compensation reports and analyses to support decision-making and workforce planning, and validate eligibility and deduction data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems. Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA requirements, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation in benefit and compensation processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of health and welfare benefit administration
  • Compensation program administration exposure
  • Experience with HRIS platforms

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with retirement benefits
