Job Summary
Benefits Communication Specialist at MMA supports open enrollment activities, collaborates with account managers and graphic design to create annual employee-facing benefit guides, and delivers both virtual and in-person open enrollment presentations to educate employees on benefit plan utilization. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, comfort presenting to large audiences in-person and virtually, and willingness to travel. The position involves partnering with the Benefits team to assist producers with open enrollment tasks and producing benefit guides, with opportunities for hybrid/flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Active and current Florida 2-15 insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in presenting to large audiences both in-person and virtually
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (plus)
- College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience
