Job Summary
Benefits Analyst (Hybrid) supports U.S. benefits administration, new hire processes, and related People/HR operations workflows. Responsibilities include administering U.S. benefits programs in Workday and other systems, verifying eligibility, handling enrollment changes, responding to employee inquiries, processing employment verifications and I-9 tasks, conducting new-hire meetings, managing onboarding and mandatory trainings, supporting leave administration and wellness campaigns, and maintaining benefits materials. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong attention to detail, proficient communication skills for video meetings, and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and data confidentiality; the role emphasizes independent, proactive work within established processes and may involve some global benefits support. The role is based in Chicago, IL, and requires a hybrid in-office schedule (three days/week in the Chicago Loop).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR, people operations, benefits administration, data analyst, or customer support preferred
