Job Summary
Support the delivery and governance of UK & Europe Defined Contribution pension arrangements, including provider coordination, governance tracking, and pension administration; own pension-related activity within the benefits portal, manage day-to-day pension operations with brokers and internal Benefits Operations teams, and assist with governance documentation, reporting, and engagement across UK & Europe benefits programmes, including health, protection, wellbeing, and financial wellbeing communications; contribute to education sessions and events, and help ensure alignment with wider benefits communications timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pensions, benefits, HR or related area
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Defined Contribution pensions, auto-enrolment rules, and governance framework
- Experience using benefits platforms or similar systems is desirable but not essential
