Job Summary
Support in-country supplemental benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, and retirement across Latin America. Ensure health and wellness programs comply with local labor rules and manage vendor relationships for contracting, renewals, and payments. Provide operational support through data reconciliation with payroll, invoice payment, and benefits calculation/reimbursements. Lead Workday changes including User Acceptance Testing and assist in developing benefit communications and web content. Resolve employee inquiries regarding special leaves and plan education while supporting new country benefit set-up processes. Manage benefits benchmarking and renewal strategy analysis for health and life insurance. Requires 2+ years experience, 3 days in-office schedule, and proficiency with Workday and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Fluent in English
- Portuguese
- Strong analytic and risk analysis skills
- High degree of flexibility and ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
- Ability to produce results with little direction
- Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work with others in a team atmosphere
- Ability to produce in a fast-paced working environment
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office
- Proficiency with Word
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience with ADP
- Experience with Workday
- Knowledge benefits management tools (e.g. from Mercer/AON/WTW)
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience
- more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 5+ years' experience in HR/benefits program support
- LAC knowledge
- Highly desirable Knowledge benefits management tools (e.g. from Mercer/AON/WTW)
