Benefits Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day administration of the Company's benefit plans by researching, analyzing, and evaluating programs to meet organizational strategy. Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders for financial reporting, compliance, and technical systems issues. Prepare benefits metrics and statistical reports using Excel, Workday, and other systems to support decision-making for actuaries, auditors, and management. Audit vendor billing for accuracy, review enrollment and payroll records to ensure premium deduction integrity, and adjust payments accordingly. Collaborate with third-party vendors and HR systems to identify requirements, facilitate problem escalations, and assist with open enrollment, implementations, and merger reporting. Maintain relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience related to benefit plan administration, finance, or HR Systems
- Excellent analytical and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships by demonstrated competence in customer service skills and professional telephone demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet common goals
- Hybrid 4 days onsite at our Headquarters office in Phoenix, AZ

- Benefits certification such as CBP, CEBS, ASPPA or equivalent
