Job Summary
Benefits Analyst / Project Coordinator (12-month Contract) focusing on delivering a Canadian benefits and retirement platform implementation and transition with Workday HCM and Payroll integrations. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining project plans and RAID logs, supporting data mapping, data conversion, testing, and cutover readiness, aiding Canadian retirement plan administration, vendor liaison, reconciliation and invoicing workflows, payroll support for benefits changes, and documenting decisions and end-to-end processes. Serves as day-to-day contact for Canadian benefits and retirement vendors, supports enrollment communications and inquiries, and contributes to post-go-live stabilization and SOP development. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys organizing complex workstreams across People Services, Payroll, Finance, Workday, and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting benefits administration/operations, HR operations, payroll support, implementation activities, and/or project coordination
- experience supporting a vendor or platform transition
- strong organizational, analytical, project coordination, and follow-through skills
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams and partners
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, reconciliation, pivot tables) with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
