Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business or similar degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience working in a similar role/industry
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Good knowledge of statistics and business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and deep understanding of MS Excel
Desired Qualifications

- Understanding of plan modeling software programs (Claros Analytics a Plus)
