Job Summary
Benefits Analyst responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client and internal benefits data across the organization, managing billing reconciliation, troubleshooting data issues, developing dashboards and reports to monitor metrics, supporting open enrollment data validation and audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) while collaborating with cross-functional teams and exploring improvements to benefits data processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics)
- 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration, benefits data analysis, benefits reconciliation, consolidated billing, or a related role
- Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Familiarity with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus
- High proficiency in Excel with advanced formula and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Aptitude to learn and adapt to new data tools quickly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
