Job Summary
Benefits Analyst (Contract) supports global benefits administration with focus on US plans; serves as benefits expert for US queries, analyzes benefits data, prepares reports, and collaborates with HR, Finance, and Procurement to ensure positive employee experience, regulatory compliance, and education on benefits programs. Requires Workday Benefits/HRIS, 2+ years in HR/Benefits, Bachelor’s degree, Excel, and ability to work across time zones; visa sponsorship not available. Describes responsibilities around self-funding plan management in the US, benefits budgeting, and developing/ delivering benefits communications; emphasizes global scope with potential expansion to APJ and EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
- Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with time off, ADA, and LOA programs
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders
