Job Summary
Responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating, and administering corporate benefit plans and programs; monitors benefit trends and regulatory changes; provides advisory services to employees/managers; coordinates enrollment, disclosures, and quarterly filings; designs and delivers benefit programs, open enrollment, and new-hire orientation; develops models and reporting tools to analyze costs and participation; ensures compliance with regulatory policies (e.g., Form 5500, PBGC) and supports vendor relationships; utilizes systems (Workday, Kronos) for data processing and enrollment; communicates effectively with employees and management to resolve benefits-related inquiries and educate on plan provisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent experience required
- 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources or related experience – preferably in administering benefits programs
