Job Summary
Apply for and enroll individuals into insurance plans and programs while conducting in-person Zoom calls to find suitable coverage. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients and maintain electronic records as the primary subject matter expert in health benefits. Abide by insurance standards and HIPAA regulations while working as an advocate for both the employee and employer. Educate customers on our products and services, participating in new customer hand-offs from launch. This role requires infrequent domestic travel and the ability to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must have, or be able to obtain, health insurance license
- Capacity to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4
- This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays
