Job Summary
Benefits Advisor for MNP’s National Human Capital - Benefits team. Lead development, advice, and facilitation of best-in-class health, wellness, benefits and retirement programs; provide responsive bilingual (French/English) support to team members; collaborate with external vendors to ensure service delivery and SLAs; draft and publish benefits communications in French and English; participate in campaigns such as Annual Enrolment; manage SharePoint for benefits resources; support M&A through benefits analyses and integration planning; manage inquiries via ServiceNow; oversee leave of absence case management, UAT, and reporting in Excel; perform data updates in HCMS, invoicing, and vendor coordination; conduct audits and identify improvement opportunities; contribute to continuous learning and compliance with legislation; build cross-functional collaboration within the Human Capital team.
Required Qualifications
- At least four years of progressive experience in group benefits
- Completion of Group Benefits Associate (GBA) 1 or 2 considered an asset
- Bilingual English and French language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical capabilities, Excel proficiency (financial modeling, pivot tables)
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams and external partners
- Experience with benefits, retirement savings, and related HR practices
- Knowledge of updates to federal and provincial legislation affecting benefits
