Job Summary
Benefits Administrator to support LATAM/NA teams by administering and maintaining company benefit programs (group health, disability, life/AD&D, FSA, 401(k)); manage leave processes under FMLA/ADA and state/local laws; collaborate with vendors, communicate with employees on eligibility and coverage; maintain eligibility with carriers and Workday; audit benefit bills, coordinate open enrollment, and assist with leave/absence accommodations; oversee return-to-work and interactions of leave with PTO/short- and long-term disability; maintain records and develop communications; require strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree with HR experience (two years, plus one year leave-case experience); knowledge of FMLA/ADA and related laws is essential; CBP/CEBS or Canadian/Puerto Rico benefits experience and Workday proficiency are desirable; resume in English required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- two years of experience in Human Resources
- one year of experience in managing leave cases
- extensive knowledge of the leave requirements (FMLA, ADA, and related laws)
