Job Summary
Mercer Benefits Administrator – Broker Administration based in Hong Kong. Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities include providing a broad range of account servicing support to Mercer employee benefits clients, coordinating with clients, consultants, and insurance companies on activities such as enrollment, billing, work-life events processing, underwriting, and preparation of dashboards or management reports; maintaining quality and client relationships within service standards; handling client inquiries and resolutions; coordinating with the operations team to prepare regular management and monitoring reports.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or above in relevant discipline
- 1+ years of operations experience in employee benefits, insurance, or outsourcing services, customer services
