Job Summary
Benefit Technology Specialist responsible for configuring and maintaining HUB's Benefits Administration system for qualified clients, testing system functionality, and presenting the system to clients. Collaborates with account service teams to deliver benefits technology solutions, trains clients and internal staff, supports ACA reporting, builds and maintains EDI files as needed, and ensures compliance with project plans and client requirements. Requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying current with industry changes and offering expert guidance on benefits products and services. The role involves working with internal systems, documenting processes, and providing demonstrations to clients and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- High School / GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Life & Health license preferred
