Job Summary

The Benefit Specialist will manage a full suite of Employee Benefits, serve as the primary liaison for clients and employees, resolve service issues, conduct presentations, assist with benefits enrollment, and oversee the administration of plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of experience in group employee benefits
  • Understanding of employee benefit plans and insurance terminology
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities; ethics and discretion
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment
