Job Summary
Benefit Fair Representatives educate employees and encourage enrollment at VSP Vision Care benefit fairs. Responsibilities include explaining VSP plans, answering questions, providing plan information, and assisting members both in group settings and one-on-one. Candidates should have customer service or HR experience, be professional with excellent communication skills, adaptable, and able to manage technology for virtual events. The role requires mobility to attend events and may involve travel during peak enrollment periods.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, HR/benefits, or health insurance preferred
- Professional and friendly conduct
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to change priorities and direction
- Comfortable speaking to small and large groups
- Ability to adapt to varying client needs
- Proficient with the internet and online tools
- Access to personal cell phone, email, webcam, and audio for virtual events
- Ability to plan and schedule travel and accommodations
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Business attire required
- Ability to walk or stand 90% of the day
