Job Summary
Benefit Fair Representatives educate employees and encourage membership enrollment at VSP Vision Care client benefit fairs by traveling to client locations or participating virtually. Responsibilities include explaining VSP plans, answering questions, assisting members with enrollment decisions, and providing plan information. Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in dynamic settings are essential. Representatives must be flexible, capable of handling small and larger group presentations, and maintain professionalism while managing materials and feedback electronically after events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry or human resources is ideal
- Previous experience in customer service, HR/benefits, or health insurance preferred
- Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organization
- Access to personal cell phone and email
- Proficient with the internet
- Access to personal webcam and audio for virtual events
- Ability to plan and schedule travel and accommodations
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand 90% of the day
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Professional and friendly conduct

- Must provide valid proof of auto insurance
