Job Summary
Enrolling members in benefits and guiding them through the benefit application process. Responsibilities include interviewing clients to determine benefit needs, assisting with AHCCCS, SSDI and SSI applications, providing information on insurance benefits (Medicare, Federal Marketplace, and other coverage), monitoring application status, training and supporting case manager staff, and maintaining tracking spreadsheets. The role requires attention to detail, ability to coordinate with outside agencies, and timely communication with clinical staff and leadership to ensure eligibility and benefit status are accurately reflected in the system.
Required Qualifications
- Must have High School/GED with 3-5 Years of experience in a Behavioral health or related field
- Must have one year of experience in coordinating healthcare benefits, and validating member coverage.
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
