Job Summary

Scaled Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, adoption, and enablement for nonprofit partners across Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API. Own a broad portfolio of organizations, guide them through onboarding, early wins, and sustained impact, and co-create practices that build internal capacity instead of vendor dependency. Design and execute one-to-many programs (workshops, office hours, cohort-based learning, webinars, and shared resources), provide technical guidance on AI roadmaps, translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, and collaborate with Product, Enablement, and leadership to optimize the customer experience. Partner cross-functionally to develop playbooks, gather feedback, and shape adoption strategies that align with each organization's mission. Maintain a structured one-year program cadence with regular checkpoints and reporting. Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in customer-facing roles, experience with mission-driven or nonprofit sectors, and a strong aptitude for AI and responsible adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Partnerships, Program Management, or Consulting
  • Experience with mission-driven, nonprofit, public-sector, or purpose-led organizations
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, adult learning, or workforce upskilling initiatives
  • Experience with digital-first or tech-touch customer engagement: workshops, cohort-based learning, communities of practice, or partner onboarding journeys
  • Systems thinking and process orientation with repeatable playbooks
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze engagement signals and program effectiveness
  • Technical aptitude and AI enthusiasm with ability to translate concepts across audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity and adapting as program grows
