Job Summary

Set up and control saw, tube benders, and hole punch equipment to maintain parts according to customer specifications. Prepare incoming materials, visually inspect and measure parts for plating, and cut, bend, and debur parts to appropriate dimensions. Update control panels, clean and maintain fabrication areas and tools, and record production data on specified forms. Train team members and perform pipe cleaning while adhering to established safety procedures and hazardous chemical protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • One year related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Must be able to perform physical functions equivalent to Category A
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs
  • Must be able to carry 50 lbs
  • Must be able to climb (catwalk, steps, ladders, etc.)
