Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC and manual bending machines to produce parts to specification. Change tooling and dies as required for each job, upload and run programs through the machine interface, and make basic program adjustments. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, troubleshoot machine issues, and make minor adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment in safe working condition. Candidates must be able to read and interpret computerized blueprints, have experience with precision forming operations, and be proficient with measuring equipment including micrometers and calipers. Basic math skills including addition and subtraction are required.
