Job Summary
Repair and test hardware and electronic components for point-of-sale lottery equipment in a centralized warehouse. Perform failure analysis, software updates, and prepare equipment for field deployment. Troubleshoot and replace boards or electronics, maintain thorough repair records, and assist in training Customer Service Technicians. Prepare equipment for special events (e.g., State Fair in Springfield, IL) and conduct hardware/software integration tests in the test lab, with collaborative teamwork to track and inventory repairs and support field resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record free of DUI/DWI for 3-year period prior to employment
- Candidates should possess valid documentation to establish identity and US employment eligibility
