Job Summary
Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners, and cash counters. Repair these devices through part replacement and testing to ensure proper operation, troubleshooting issues down to component-level specifications. Accurately enter repair data into Acumatica while assembling and disassembling units to bare-bones levels. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or degree preferred, and experience with tools for peripheral repair. Must possess fine motor skills, ability to lift 1–25 lbs, and work independently in a fast-paced environment serving banks and financial institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Trouble shoots same to component level specifications
- Know how to navigate Windows OS
- Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance
- Must be able to lift 1 - 25lbs to table height
