Job Summary
Establish and maintain a customer service culture by serving as the primary contact for all service issues and driving sales goals. Motivate your team by setting, monitoring, and achieving targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and retention while ensuring equipment, facilities, and staffing meet the highest quality standards. Manage site scheduling and labor budgets, conduct performance reviews, oversee inventory, and assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members. Maintain deep knowledge of the wash process to ensure smooth daily operations and close the site one night per week. Requires 2–5 years of leadership experience and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience
- Leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- De-escalation skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication abilities
