Job Summary
This position requires a skilled cell biologist/immunologist to perform deep immune-phenotyping and phospho-signaling assays, receptor quantification, and support portfolio projects in a state-of-the-art cellular biomarker laboratory. The role involves preparing and staining cells for various assays, running flow assays with minimal supervision, and independently managing the operation and maintenance of flow cytometers and time-lapse microscopes. Key skills include multi-color flow cytometry expertise, extensive lab experience with cell culture and immune-staining, and knowledge of biochemical techniques.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS level education in immunology, cell biology or related fields required
- 3-6 years of experience in laboratory work in academic or industry setting
- Expertise in cellular and functional assays using flow cytometry
- Extensive experience with cell biological techniques such as cell culture
- Proven expertise in multi-color flow cytometry and biochemical techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in biochemical assays using MSD and Octet platforms
- Open to learning assays for biomarker analysis using mass spectrometry
