Job Summary
Source and screen Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates for bench positions, then market available talent to internal and external clients. Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients to drive ongoing opportunities while independently managing time and priorities to meet placement goals. Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain strong candidate satisfaction throughout the process. This freelance opportunity allows you to set your own hours and earn high commissions on recurring placements, with additional referral bonuses for bringing in new recruiters.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bench recruitment, specifically with Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates
- Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and IT hiring trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate results independently with minimal supervision
