Job Summary
Supervise and ensure guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the produce department. Achieve budgeted sales and profits while maintaining desired inventory levels and product quality standards. Operate the department according to guidelines, ensure sanitation and safety compliance, and provide training and feedback to department staff. Perform product preparation, receiving, conditioning, stocking, and guest service as necessary. Maintain labor budget and scheduling standards. This role requires a friendly personality, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and knowledge of produce operations. The position supports store locations in the Indian Land and Waxhaw areas.
