Finish raw castings through every stage of transformation until they are client-ready pieces, including cleaning, sizing, stone setting, and quality control checks. Repair and maintain jewelry by resizing, inspecting, cleaning, and polishing items, occasionally handling repairs on pieces not created in-house. Securely set diamonds and gemstones, particularly utilizing bezel setting techniques to ensure stones are clean and even. Collaborate regularly with the fulfillment and quality control teams to share design feedback, assess structural integrity, and coordinate efficient job flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop while ensuring all pieces meet specified due dates. Work full-time Monday through Friday with most weekends off.
