Bench Jeweler (On-site)

Conduct jewelry setting, sizing, re-tipping, welding, soldering, polishing, engraving, cleaning, and other work consistent with Shane Co. standards of quality, service, and timeliness. Ensure merchandise quality, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide cost estimates for customer personalization options. Findings inventory, consult with staff and customers on sales and repair processes, and maintain safety protocols for shop equipment and chemicals. Use technology for job tracking, manage deadlines, and collaborate professionally with all store and company staff. Support other shops and the home office during work overflows or special projects while embodying company values of integrity and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability is required, with Monday through Sunday hours from 10 AM to 7 PM (extended to 8 PM on Thursdays and Fridays).
