Job Summary
As a Bench Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager in ensuring the store operates smoothly and meets customer service demands. You’ll lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products, manage day-to-day on-site operations, and support recruiting, coaching, and development of the team. You’ll help drive store growth through effective labor scheduling, P&L monitoring, inventory and supply management, quality control checks, cash handling procedures, and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves training and developing staff, handling customer escalations calmly, and contributing to a growth-focused, customer-centric environment with opportunities to advance into leadership positions. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), leadership and customer service experience, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic IT proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed
- Professional image per guidelines
- Safety/daily operational procedures knowledge
