Bench Ambulatory Manager

Conduct staff selection interviews, schedule days off and holidays, and assign personnel to work areas or project duties. Perform quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory, and ensure EVS and cleaning staff receive proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education. Provide individual guidance to staff, discipline associates according to progressive guidelines, and prepare disciplinary and variance reports for the Area Manager. Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment while promoting Legion's culture and meeting performance plans. Requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, reliable transportation for client travel, and one to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field.
