Job Summary
US Digital Commerce Manager responsible for delivering consumer-facing dCom campaigns and serving as the hub for cross-functional alignment with brand, digital, shopper, and retailer teams. Leads dCom advertising campaigns, digital promotions, and maintenance of the US dCom tech ecosystem; drives reporting on key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CVR) and supports path-to-purchase optimization across brand.com, e-retailers, and other digital properties. Collaborates with legal, agencies, and internal stakeholders; maintains BIN tools and SKU accuracy, and ensures dCom considerations are reflected in Consumer Promotion budgets. Requires 3-5 years in related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex projects in a global, fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement in South Burlington, VT with travel less than 20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing, brand marketing, or dCom roles with demonstrated success
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Understanding of paid media, marketing technology, web development, dCom platforms, SEO/SEM, consumer promotions, and shopper programs
