Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a high-volume environment while delivering consistent guest experiences from open to close. Manage sales, labor, and daily operations with accountability, maintaining high standards through late-night shifts until 2am on weekdays and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Represent the Ben & Jerry's brand inside Mohegan Sun, a high-energy entertainment destination. This role includes regular late-night operations in a casino setting and offers $25-$30 per hour plus tips, health benefits, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- Operational confidence and a team-focused mindset
- Comfort owning late-night operations and maintaining high standards after midnight
- Must be available for regular late-night shifts in a casino entertainment environment
- Must be available for weekday closes until 2am
- Must be available for Friday and Saturday closes until 3am
