Job Summary
Support individuals with developmental, mental health, and medical needs by assisting with daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, and recreation. Implement designated support plans, document daily progress, and apply behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies while counseling clients in self-help and daily living skills. Train consumers to promote independence, dignity, and choice, and remain available for hours dictated by client needs. Collaborate with the Program Manager and District Manager to support home operations. This full-time evening and weekend role in Bemidji, MN, includes a $500 sign-on bonus and offers comprehensive benefits, tuition discounts, and provided crisis intervention training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/First Aid (provided)
