Job Summary
Membership growth, engagement, and retention leadership at the LA Y center, overseeing daily membership sales activity, coaching frontline staff, and ensuring a high-quality member experience. Responsibilities include driving tours, enrollment support, follow-up, pipeline management, onboarding and engagement to retain members, promoting center programs, and ensuring operational standards and compliance. Requires supervising front-line staff, coaching on sales practices and service standards, and coordinating promotions and outreach to achieve monthly membership sales and revenue goals. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills are essential, along with experience in membership sales, customer service, or team leadership in fitness/nonprofit settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in membership sales, customer service, or team leadership
- Experience in fitness, nonprofit, hospitality, or related environments preferred
