Belonging and Well-Being Champion drives welcoming, inclusive member experiences across YMCA membership and wellness spaces, connecting members to programs and people, conducting onboarding and wellness consultations, promoting memberships and services, and collaborating across teams to achieve sales and retention goals while upholding YMCA core values and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Current approved Adult, Child, & Infant CPR/First Aid/AED certifications or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- 1–2 years of experience in membership sales, customer service, or health and wellness coaching preferred
