Job Summary
Bellstand Attendant greets and escorts guests to their rooms, opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest, transports luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or bell area, assists with luggage storage and retrieval, helps guests in and out of vehicles and loading/unloading luggage, ensures guest experience and company standards are met, interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, contributes to team goals, and follows company policies and safety procedures; available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs.
