Job Summary
Bellperson/Shuttle Driver responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, operating shuttle vehicles safely between hotel and designated locations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, coordinating shuttle schedules, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong customer-service and communication skills, familiarity with local geography, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; multilingual ability and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.
