Job Summary
Greet all guests upon arrival, assist with luggage during check-in and check-out, and promote hotel amenities and events. Provide transportation assistance by hailing taxis or arranging rides, while answering inquiries with professionalism. Escort guests to rooms for orientation covering luggage storage, dining hours, vending locations, concierge services, fitness amenities, in-room equipment, and emergency exits. Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills under pressure. A valid California driver's license with a clean record is required. Pay is $18 per hour.
Required Qualifications
