Job Summary
Greet guests on arrival, administer curb-side check-ins, and transport guests on and off property while delivering luggage and items within the hotel. Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and cleanliness, maintain firewood stock at the bell desk, and ensure room orientation and temperature control upon guest arrival. Manage lobby presence by opening doors, assisting with traffic and parking control, and completing the Bell Person checklist to verify task fulfillment. Uphold professional grooming standards and hotel upkeep in the lobby and front courtyard while adhering to all departmental policies and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous guest service experience
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license
- Clean drivers abstract
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

- Class 4 Alberta Driver's license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
