Job Summary
Show guests to room and assist with luggage; explain hotel facilities and hours; check luggage for day/overnight guests; maintain bellstand, lobby, and baggage room; post daily events and entertainment boards; communicate across shifts; deliver messages and valet to guest rooms; airport pick ups/drop offs; may perform valet duties; assist front desk with key inventory; comply with attendance; perform other duties as assigned. Requires English communication, self-starting, professional appearance, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, teamwork, and guest service focus. Emphasizes hospitality, guest relations, security and safety, and adherence to hotel standards.

- Ability to meet standards of appearance
- Can communicate well with guests
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift
- Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co workers with their job duties and be a team player
