Bellperson at InterContinental Mark Hopkins will be among first/last contacts for guests, assisting with luggage, transportation, and providing hotel information while upholding luxury hospitality standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting to rooms, arranging transportation, responding to inquiries, maintaining bell desk cleanliness, and collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
