Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and assist visitors entering and leaving the property. Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, arrange transportation requests, and supply directions. Inform guests of amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain awareness of undesirable persons on premises. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional while maintaining confidentiality. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds, navigate uneven surfaces, and stand or walk for extended periods.
