Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure while assisting with luggage, transporting guests throughout Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor, and arranging bell service. Maintain records for all arriving, departing, and in-house guests, including VIPs and special requests, while providing accurate directions and resort information. Perform valet parking, open car doors, and deliver automobiles, including snow removal during winter, while inspecting vehicles for damage and operating conditions. Conduct daily custodial duties for the main lodge and parking areas, manage desk resources, and resolve guest issues by logging them in HotSOS. Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining safety awareness and adhering to AAA Four Diamond standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
- Must always ensure a teamwork environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand on feet throughout the shift, with intermittent periods of walking
- Must be able to lift, carry, push & pull up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- At least one year customer service experience preferred
