Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from rooms, provide warm greetings upon arrival, and arrange local transport services like taxis or shuttles. Receive and deliver packages and mail securely, while acting as a communication link between guests and hotel departments to coordinate requests. Ensure a seamless and efficient process for all guest interactions. A minimum of one-year hospitality experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and advanced English proficiency. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Located at the Goldener Hirsch Inn and Residences in Deer Valley, Utah, this position serves as the ambassador of hospitality for Auberge Collection.
